Terms of sale

Last updated 6 November 2026

1. Who we are

OnContact is run by [YOUR FULL NAME], a sole trader trading as OnContact.

Address: [TRADING ADDRESS]
Email: orders@oncontact.uk

2. Your order

When you submit the order form, you'll get an order reference. This is a request to buy, not a confirmed sale. Your order is confirmed when we receive your payment and email you to confirm.

We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or the link you've given is unsafe or unlawful. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

4. Collection and delivery

5. Your link

We program your product with the link you give us. You're responsible for making sure it's correct and that it's yours to share. We'll test every tag before handing it over.

Need to change your link later? Email us and we'll reprogram it free of charge.

6. Cancelling and returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, and return the product unused for a full refund. Email us to let us know, then return the product within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you within 14 days of getting it back.

Because tags can be reprogrammed, a tag that has been programmed with your link can still be returned.

7. Faulty products

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 aren't affected. If your product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or stops working through no fault of yours, email us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

NFC tags work with most modern phones (iPhone XS and newer, and most Android phones with NFC turned on). Tags may not work through thick or metal phone cases unless they are our anti-metal stickers.

8. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for what other people do with the link you share, or for content on the websites your tag opens.

9. Questions and complaints

Email orders@oncontact.uk with your order reference and we'll reply within 3 working days.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
