Who we are

OnContact is run by [YOUR FULL NAME], a sole trader. We're responsible for the personal information you give us. Contact us at orders@oncontact.uk.

What we collect

When you order, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your Instagram handle, if you give it
• the link you want your tag to open
• your delivery area, if you choose delivery
• any notes you add, and your order and payment details

We don't use advertising trackers or cookies.

Why we use it

• To complete your order: programming your tag, arranging collection or delivery, and contacting you about it. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.
• To keep business records: we must keep sales records for tax purposes.

We don't sell your information or send you marketing.

Where it's stored

Orders are stored in our Cloudflare account and emailed to our Gmail inbox. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the UK, protected by legal safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for up to 6 years, as required for tax records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete details we no longer need sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it. Email orders@oncontact.uk and we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
